Privacy Policy

Health-OS (health.redel.one) is a personal, single-user health dashboard and automation pipeline operated privately by Eduard Redel, Aachen, Germany. It is not a public service and is not offered to third parties.

What data is processed

The app processes health and wellness data belonging solely to its operator. Where connected, metrics such as sleep, readiness, heart rate, and activity data are retrieved from provider APIs (e.g. the Oura API) with the operator's own account authorization and used exclusively for the operator's personal dashboards and automations.

Storage and sharing

• All data is stored on a private server located in the EU (Finland/Germany).
• No data is sold, shared with, or disclosed to any third party.
• No advertising, tracking, or analytics services are used.

Data deletion

API access can be revoked at any time in the connected service's account settings (e.g. Oura account → connected apps). Stored copies of retrieved data are deleted on request to the operator.
